At some point in life, most of us will encounter some form of conflict, whether in our homes, at our jobs, with our neighbors, or perhaps even within our churches. What causes conflict? Is there some value in it? In this workshop we’ll explore the different types of conflict and our responses to it, as well as some tools for conflict resolution.

Oh Wonderful, Wonderful Word
Marj Weaver
The Bible is the living, breathing, eternal Word of God. Yet, we often struggle to know how to study it and apply it to our lives.
We will embark on an adventure to discover how to make our time in the Word profitable and encouraging. We will discuss practical Bible study tips, explore creative activities to reignite our devotional times, consider questions that encourage us to dig deeper into the Scriptures, and learn how to use resources that help us rightly divide the Word of Truth.

Stranger, Acquaintance, or Friend?
Delight Yoder
Some people love God so much that they are willing to suffer and die for Him. Others have to force themselves to pray and read God’s Word because they feel a sense of duty to do so. Many of us find ourselves somewhere in between.
It is easy to assume that we know someone well when we have heard countless stories about them all our lives and know many facts about their character. But simply knowing about God is like knowing all about airplanes yet never taking flight. In our actual experience, He may be a familiar stranger or an acquaintance. In this workshop we will explore the life-long journey of learning to know Him as He truly is.

Teen Workshop (Ages 13-16)
Jayne Zook
I want to encourage young people to make commitments and stick to them. Many times in my life I have used art as a way to express a lesson I learned or an emotion that can’t be said in words. We build statues and monuments to remind us of our history. In this workshop, we will make something to remind us of God’s grace and work in our lives.
This two-part workshop is designed for ages 13-16, but it is open to anyone.
